SHIPPING POLICY

We offer delivery all over Lebanon. All orders are shipped from our Beirut offices.
We are currently not shipping outside of Lebanon, but we are working on that.
Local packages don´t have track and trace. If you need tracking information, contact us to chat with our support team.

ORDER REQUEST

My order is a gift:

All orders are sent in gift wraps. That´s part of our packaging process.
We do not include your invoice or receipt in the package. Receipt will be sent by email with your shipping and order confirmation.

My order needs to travel with me, request a bubble wrap.

ORDER POLICY

We strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Please review our change order policy below:

If you wish to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact our support team as soon as possible (preferably within 6 hours). We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the status of your order and the nature of the change.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Book orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Art prints and frames orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. Provide your order number, your full name and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.
If you require an urgent cancellation after this period, contact us) and we will see if it is possible.

RETURN POLICY

We´ve got you covered. At Urban Jungle, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift received, we are here to help.

What can be returned:

All type of Books
Art Prints and Frames in sizes from A5 to A2. Custom sized Art prints and Frames cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the exact same condition that you received it.
Returned within two weeks of delivery.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer several payment options. Choose from the following methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD): We accept cash on delivery payment in USD or in LBP at the daily market rate.
Monty Pay Payment: Complete your transaction in seconds by tapping the payment link or scanning the QR code. This link will be sent directly to your email or phone number.
